Fee title lands for bid
Beginning in 2008, we made some of our undeveloped, non-core fee title lands in our Clearwater operations available to industry for lease through a competitive bid process. This leasing process does not include offers where non-cash, capital commitments (wells, seismic, etc.) are part of the consideration. These kinds of business arrangements will continue to be negotiated through area landmen.

How to request Encana lands for bid
We encourage industry to request lands for development with one or two year lease terms. We will review all requests and approved lands will be posted to our website and made available for bid.
