- implemented a strategy for a more comprehensive approach to occupational health
- equipped both our USA and Canadian Division’s health teams with their own consulting physicians
- implemented an online health-hazard training program for field staff

- continue to develop and implement occupational health and industrial hygiene practices, processes and procedures specific to business unit needs
